As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for

  • Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
  • The revenue achievement which is contributed by new customers.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and improving sales.
  • The company's business development and seeking new business opportunities. Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new customers
  • Implementing sales target to achieve maximum revenue
  • Carrying out business negotiations and complete contract establishment independently. Receiving the payment on time
  • Making business promotion plans, targeted market expansion, client visits, in-depth exploration of project opportunities, with strong independent BD ability
  • According to the company's BD direction, integrate multiple resources, coordinate various public relations, evaluate the effectiveness and cooperation of resources, track customer opportunities, manage and maintain trustworthy customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation plan
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Performing any job-related assignments as required
